NOVEMBER 3, 1975 <br />t <br />OFF SALE LICENSES: <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Leroux seconded to approve the Off <br />Sale Intoxicating Liquor license to William Guse, Bill's <br />Bar & Grill, 11990 Keystone Ave., No. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Schletty seconded to approve the Off <br />Sale Intoxicating Liquor license to Nick Nitti, 13891 No. <br />Forest Blvd., Hugo. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />6.1.2 ORDINANCE PROPOSED - Attorney Johnson to check with Attorney <br />Generals office regarding who can and cannot install the <br />hook ups to the sewer lines, report at next meeting. <br />6.7.1 MUGG BOND - Attorney stated there may be a change from a Bond <br />to a letter of credit in the amount specified. <br />Re -Zoning - Attorney to draw up the amendment to Ordinance <br />- Granger legal description matches. <br />TAUER PROBLEM: Tauers moved but rental problem still exists. Hugo <br />Police Department to check. <br />MOTION: Smith made motion, Lease seconded to extend meeting beyond <br />11:00 P.M. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />WHITE BEAR ROD & GUN CLUB - Questioned why the gun club was going <br />ahead with there building when they no longer have a valid Special <br />Use Permit.
