DECEIvBER 15, 1975 <br />POLICE - FIRE DEPARTMENT EXPANSION <br />Police presented plans for office expansion, to Council. Donate <br />all labor, material cost approximately $500.00. Council did not <br />question the necessity of more space needed by the Police Department <br />but questioned the funding of the project. No money is available <br />at this time for any remodeling wanted to wait until after the audit, <br />middle of January and would make some determination at that time. <br />ROCKVILLE U.S.A. LIQUOR LICENSE <br />Attorneys for Rockville present owner, C. Hays and former owner <br />E. Forsblad questioned council regarding the On -Sale Intoxicating <br />and On -Sale Sunday Licenses. Money is not available at this time <br />and asked for a delay. Council. said the license does not expire <br />until December 31 and that they could have the money available at <br />the next meeting of January 5, 1976, and chances would be good that <br />they would be issued the license. <br />J. MOE - REZONING FROM C TO A <br />The plat approval was discussed in conjunction wish the re-zon;eing <br />application. <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to rezone Part of SWC <br />Section 24, Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, <br />Minnesota from Conservancy to Agriculatural and to amend <br />the comprehensive map accordingly, Ordinance #127. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />No application was received for the preliminary plat approval. <br />Instructions were given to Mr. Moe listing the information that was <br />needed for the plat approval. Engineer needed more borings, a contour <br />map was needed, drainage easements and easement around perimeter <br />were needed. The road was being questioned. <br />WA(P$ riN-IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #75-2 <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, Smith seconded to award the Watermain <br />Improvement Project #75-2 to LaValle Excavating Company <br />in the amount of $5,985.50. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, Lecroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />ABATAIN: LaValle <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />MOTION: Lease made motion, LaValle seconded to extend meeting <br />beyond 11:00 P.M. <br />VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux, Smith and Schletty. <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />
