JANUARY 5, 1976 MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:08 PM. <br /> PRESENT: Lease, LaValle, Leroux <br /> ABSENT: Schletty and Smith <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, LaValle seconded to approve the minutes <br /> of December 15, 1975. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: LaValle mace Rotion, Leroux seconded to approve the General <br /> Claims of January 5, 1976. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> APPROVAL OF UTILITY CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Leroux seconded to approve the Utility <br /> Claims of January 5, 1976. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 MIRON - MOBILE HOME PERMIT <br /> MOTION: Lease made motion, seconded by Leroux to grant a renewal for <br /> the Mobile Home Permit to George T. Miron, 15250 Homestead <br /> Avenue, under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D for a <br /> period of ninety days at a fee of $10.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 ZASPEL - MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion, Lease seconded to grant a renewal for the <br /> Mobile Home Permit to Joe Zaspel, 17205 Forest Blvd, No, <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D for a period <br /> of ninety days at a fee of $10.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 MC CLOUD - MOBILE HOME PERMIT RENEWAL <br /> MOTION: Leroux made motion,, Lease seconded to grant a renewal for the <br /> Mobile Home Permit to Robert McCloud, 9627 122nd Street, <br /> under Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D for a period of <br /> ninety days at a fee of $10.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, LaValle, Leroux MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 JOHNSON - PETITION FOR MOBILE HOME PERMIT <br /> Permit was formerly Feld by E. A. Lundblad. Public hearing will be <br /> held on January 19, at 8:00 PM. <br /> 5.5 MOE - PLAT APPROVAL <br /> Presented new drawings - 3 variances needed: <br /> 1. Request variance for length of road. <br /> 2. Blacktop be omitted. <br /> 3. Preliminary plat approval - City of Hugo. would have no obligation <br /> to maintain acre park <br /> LaValle mentioned the Planning Committee hasn't given Plat Approval. <br /> Kuusisto said he would like to see drainage easements, have a road <br /> profile, mark some water storage basins. Attorney - make sure the <br /> obligation for maintenance and taxes fall on the property owners. <br /> Does not like the handling of Outlot A. Moe said the developer objects <br /> to all the easements on the property line. Attorney said we don't <br /> know how these lots will be subdivided in the future and at time it is <br /> too expensive to try to get the easements. There are 6 locations where <br /> water drainage could effect some other property owners. J. Moe to <br /> be put on the January 19 agenda. <br />
