ORDINANCE 1998-323 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br />ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br />The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to wit: <br />The North 610 feet of the South 970 feet of the East 787.58 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE <br />1/4 of Section 31, T3 IN, R21W, except the East 50 feet thereof, <br />shall be changed from its existing zoning classification in the Rural Residential 1 (RR1) <br />District to a classification in the Single Family Unit (SFU). The official zoning map on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in <br />zoning district classification for the above-described property as set forth in this ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
