ORDINANCE 1998-328 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF THE <br />HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ADMINISTRATION" <br />BY REDUCING MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, does hereby <br />ordain: <br />Delete Article II, Subd. A, establishing the Mayor's salary, and insert the following <br />in lieu thereof: <br />Subd. A. Mayor. The Mayor shall receive $75.00 per meeting, payable quarterly, for <br />attendance at all duly called regular, special, and emergency meetings of the City <br />Council at which a quorum is present. <br />2. Delete Article II, Subd. B, establishing Council member salaries, and insert the <br />following in lieu thereof: <br />Subd. B. Council Member. Each Council member shall receive $60.00 per meeting, <br />payable quarterly, for attendance at all duly called regular, special, and emergency <br />meetings of the City Council at which a quorum is present. <br />3. Subd. G. Effective Date.
