ORDINANCE 1998-329 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 ENTITLED "ZONING" <br />BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSICIATION <br />OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br />The zoning classification for property located in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park, Phase II, <br />Lots 1,2,3, and 4, Block 1 shall be zoned Concentrated Business, and the balance of <br />property, known as Outlot A, shall be zoned industrial. <br />The zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to <br />show the changes in zoning district classification for the above-described propert as set <br />forth in this ordinance. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE.
