~ <br /> . <br /> .. <br /> ORDINANCE 94-289 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION <br /> OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County , Minnesota, <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> That part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and of the NW 1/4 of <br /> the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, all in Section 32, T31N, R21W, Washington <br /> County , Minnesota, described jointly as follows: <br /> Beginning at the SW corner of said NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; <br /> thence northerly , along the west line of the E 1/2 of said SW 1/4, a <br /> distance of 937. 13 feet; thence easterly , deflecting to the right 90 <br /> degrees 00 minutes, a distance of 240 feet; thence southerly , parallel <br /> with said west line of the east half of the southwest 1/4 to the south <br /> line of said NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4; thence westerly , along <br /> said south line to the point of beginning . Subject to and together with <br /> any valid easements, restrictions and reservations <br /> shall be changed from its existing zoning classification in the <br /> Agriculture District (A) to a classification in the Rural Residential 2 <br /> District (RR-2) . <br /> The official zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall <br /> be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district <br /> classification for the above described property as set forth in this <br /> ordinance. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after <br /> its adoption and publication . <br /> Upon roll call , the following Council members voting AYE: Debra Barnes, <br /> Bernard Brunotte, Fran Miron , Walter Stoltzman <br /> Voting NAY: None <br /> Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 7th day of <br /> February , 1994. <br /> ‘6014 -1V,-adijk-- <br /> alter L.
