<br /> hereby repealed in their entirety, and (A)The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> replaced with the provisions of this ordi-
<br /> nance. stituting qualification as a legal newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
<br /> Section 2. Provisions of State Law
<br /> Adopted. The provisions of Minnesota Statute 331A.02, 331A.07 and other applicable laws, as amended.
