<br /> ORDINANCE 1992-274
<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY
<br /> CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING
<br /> DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota,
<br /> hereby ordains:
<br /> The zoning Classification of the real property described as follows,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> Commencing at the north quarter corner of Section 29; thence south, along
<br /> the east line of said N1/2-NW1/4, a distance of 825 ft; thence west, a
<br /> distance of 362. 5 feet to the center of a drainage ditch; thence North 26
<br /> degrees 14 minutes West, along said drainage ditch, a distance of 150 feet
<br /> to the point of beginning ; thence North 40 degrees 59 minutes West, and
<br /> continuing along said drainage ditch, a distance of 908 feet, more or
<br /> less, to a point on the north line of Section 29, distant 1020.3 feet west
<br /> of the north quarter corner of Section 29; thence east, along said north
<br /> line, a distance of 471 .7 feet to a point on said north line, distant
<br /> 548.6 feet west of the north quarter corner of Section 29, which point is
<br /> the point of beginning of a roadway easement as described in easement deed
<br /> dated October 20, 1941 , recorded October 21 , 1941 in Book 136 of deeds,
<br /> page 607, in the office of the register of Deeds, Washington County,
<br /> Minnesota; thence southeasterly, along said road center line, a distance
<br /> of 266 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with a line that
<br /> bears North 11 degrees 31 minutes East from the point of beginning ; thence
<br /> South 11 degrees 31 minutes West, along said line, a distance of 595 feet,
<br /> more or less, to the point of beginning , containing 5.6 acres, more or
<br /> less, and subject to County Rd. No. 8A along the northerly line, also
<br /> subject to the existing drainage ditch along the southwesterly line
<br /> thereof ,
<br /> all be changed from its existing classification in Retail Business
<br /> District (RB) to a classification in the Single Family Urban District
<br /> (SFU) .
<br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall
<br /> be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district
<br /> classification for the above described property, as set forth in this
<br /> ordinance.
<br /> ,
<br />| EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its
<br />� adoption and publication .
<br />|| Upon roll call , the following Council members voting AYE: Barnes,
<br /> Brunotte, Jesinski , Miron , Stoltzman
<br /> Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 3rd day of
<br /> February, 1992.
