<br /> publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the
<br /> newspaper known as The Times, and has full knowledge of the facts
<br /> ORDINANCE 1992-227 which are stated below:
<br /> AN ORDINANCE
<br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 20 (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> OF THE HUGO CITY CODE
<br /> ENTITLED stituting qualification as a legal newspaper, as provided by Minnesota
<br /> "ADMINISTRATION"
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Statute 331 A.02, 331 A.07 and County,Minnesota,hereby other applicable laws, as amended.
<br /> ordains:
<br /> 1.Delete Article II,Subd.A,establish-

<br /> following in lieu thereof:
<br /> Subd.A.Mayor.The Mayor shall re-
<br /> ceive$90.00 per meeting,payable quar-
<br /> terly, for attendance at all duly called
