ORDINANCE 1991-268 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to wit: That part of the south 20 acres lying east of STH No. 61 of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of the new STH 61 and a line 248 ft. south of the north line of said south 20 acres; thence easterly and parallel to the north line of said 20 acres, 384.08 ft; thence south at right angles, 140 ft; thence westerly to a point on said easterly right of-way line being 108.81 ft. southwesterly of the point of beginning ; thence northerly along said right-of-way line 108.81 ft to point of beginning . shall be changed from its existing classification in the Retail Business District (RB) to a classification in the Single Family Estate District (SFE) . The official zoning map on file in the office of the Clerk Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district boundaries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the � above described property as set forth in this ordinance. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption and publication . Upon roll call , the following Council members voting AYE: Brunotte, Jesinski , McAllister, Miron , Stoltzman Voting NAY: None Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted this 7th day of January, 1991 .
