<br /> ARTICLE I-BUILDING CODES the facts which are stated below:
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo,Wash-
<br /> ington County,Minnesota,hereby ordains:
<br /> 1.Delete the last sentence of Article I,Subd. (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> 40-1,which reads:"Said Minnesota State Building
<br /> Code is hereby adopted in its entirety",and insert stituting qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Min-
