' . <br /> ORDINANCE 1990-265 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY <br /> CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br /> DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, | <br /> i <br /> Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br /> The zoning classification of the real property described as <br /> follows, to-wit: <br /> All that part of Section 20, T31N, R21W, described as follows, <br /> to-wit: Beginning at a point in the East line of State Road #5, <br /> 1423.6 feet Southerly from the East and West Quarter section line <br /> through said Section 20, measured along said Road ; thence <br />| Northerly along the East line of said road 337.6 feet to a point, <br /> said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 33 of County <br /> Auditor' s Plat No.7, Washington County, Minnesota, according to <br /> the recorded survey thereof now on file and of record in the <br /> office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Washington <br /> County, and running thence East parallel with said Quarter <br /> Section line 590 feet, more or less, to the West Shore of Egg <br /> Lake; thence Southerly along the Shore of Egg Lake to a point <br /> that is East of the point of beginning ; thence West on a line <br /> parallel with the South line of said Section 20 to the point of <br /> beginning . Subject to the rights of State of Minnesota <br /> heretofore acquired for highways. Except the following desribed <br /> tract to-wit: All that part of Section 20 in T31N, R21W, <br /> described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point in the East <br /> line of State Road #5, 1423.6 feet Southerly from the East and <br /> West Quarter section line through said Section 20, measured along <br /> said Road ; thence Northerly along the East line of said road 51 . 1 <br /> feet from the actual point of beginning of parcel to described ; <br /> thence continue Northerly along said East line of said Road 286. 5 <br /> feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 33 <br /> of County Auditor' s Plat No. 7, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> according to the recorded survey thereof now on file and of <br /> record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said . <br /> Washington County, and running thence East parallel with said <br /> Quarter Section line 190.41 feet; thence Southerly at a right <br /> angle 280.39 feet to a point that is East of the point of <br /> beginning ; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of <br /> said Section 20 to the point of beginning . Subject to the rights <br /> of State of Minnesota heretofore acquired for highways <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification in the Concentrated <br /> Business District to a classification in the Retail Business District. <br /> The official zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district <br /> boundaries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the <br /> above described property as set forth in this Ordinance. <br />
