. ' . ORDINANCE 1990-265 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, | i Minnesota, hereby ordains: The zoning classification of the real property described as follows, to-wit: All that part of Section 20, T31N, R21W, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the East line of State Road #5, 1423.6 feet Southerly from the East and West Quarter section line through said Section 20, measured along said Road ; thence | Northerly along the East line of said road 337.6 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 33 of County Auditor' s Plat No.7, Washington County, Minnesota, according to the recorded survey thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Washington County, and running thence East parallel with said Quarter Section line 590 feet, more or less, to the West Shore of Egg Lake; thence Southerly along the Shore of Egg Lake to a point that is East of the point of beginning ; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of said Section 20 to the point of beginning . Subject to the rights of State of Minnesota heretofore acquired for highways. Except the following desribed tract to-wit: All that part of Section 20 in T31N, R21W, described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point in the East line of State Road #5, 1423.6 feet Southerly from the East and West Quarter section line through said Section 20, measured along said Road ; thence Northerly along the East line of said road 51 . 1 feet from the actual point of beginning of parcel to described ; thence continue Northerly along said East line of said Road 286. 5 feet to a point, said point being the Southwest corner of Lot 33 of County Auditor' s Plat No. 7, Washington County, Minnesota, according to the recorded survey thereof now on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said . Washington County, and running thence East parallel with said Quarter Section line 190.41 feet; thence Southerly at a right angle 280.39 feet to a point that is East of the point of beginning ; thence West on a line parallel with the South line of said Section 20 to the point of beginning . Subject to the rights of State of Minnesota heretofore acquired for highways shall be changed from its existing classification in the Concentrated Business District to a classification in the Retail Business District. The official zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in zoning district boundaries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the above described property as set forth in this Ordinance.
