Nr � <br /> P � <br /> SECTION 9' ENFORCEMENT <br /> 901 . Violations and Penalties. <br /> 901 .01 . It is hereby declared unlawful for any person , firm or <br /> corporation to violate any term or provision of this Ordinance. <br /> Violation thereof shall be a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation <br /> is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> 901 .02. In the event of a violation or a threatened violation of <br /> this Ordinance, the Zoning Administrator, in addition to other <br /> remedies, may request appropriate actions or proceedings to prevent, <br /> restrain, correct, or abate such violations or threatened violations <br /> and it shall be the duty of the City prosecutor to initiate such <br /> action . <br /> 901 .03. Any firm, person or corporation who violates any of the <br /> provisions of these regulations, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. <br /> Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a <br /> separate offense. <br /> < � <br /> 47 <br />
