491 <br /> (b) Grantee shall be provided with an opportunity to be <br /> heard at a public hearing prior to any decision to <br /> terminate this Franchise . <br /> (c ) In the event that City determines to terminate this <br /> Franchise, the Grantee shall have a period of <br /> thirty ( 30 ) days , beginning the date next following <br /> written notice to Grantee of such decision, within <br /> which to file an appeal with a court of competent <br /> jurisdiction. During such thirty ( 30) day period <br /> and if an appeal is taken, the Franchise shall <br /> remain in full force and effect, unless the term <br /> thereof sooner expires . Grantee shall pay all <br /> costs of any unsuccessful appeal, including <br /> reasonable attorneys ' fees incurred by City. <br /> (d) If a court of competent jurisdiction approves the <br /> action of City, the Franchise shall terminate <br /> immediately. If a court of competent jurisdiction <br /> disapproves of the action of City, the Franchise <br /> shall remain in full force and effect for the full <br /> term hereof unless sooner terminated in accordance <br /> with the provisions hereof , or applicable law. <br /> 50 <br />
