Pr i <br /> J. Any transferee shall be subordinate to any right, title or <br /> interest of City. <br /> SECTION 2 . REMOVAL AFTER TERMINATION OR REVOCATION <br /> A. At the expiration of the terns for which this Franchise is <br /> granted, or upon its revocation or termination, as provided <br /> for herein, City shall have the right to require Grantee to <br /> remove, at Grantee ' s expense, all or any portion of the <br /> System from all Streets, Public or private Property within <br /> City. In so removing the System, Grantee shall refill and <br /> compact at its own expense any excavation that shall be made <br /> by it and shall leave all Streets , Public and private <br /> Property in as good a condition as that prevailing prior to <br /> Grantee ' s removal of the System, and without affecting, <br /> altering or disturbing in any way electric, telephone or <br /> other utility cables , wires or attachments . City shall have <br /> the right to inspect and approve the condition of such <br /> Streets , Public and private Property after removal . The <br /> Letter of Credit, insurance, indemnity and penalty provisions <br /> of this Franchise shall remain in full force and effect <br /> during the entire term of removal . <br /> B. If, in the sole discretion of City, Grantee has failed to <br /> commence removal of System, or such part thereof as was <br /> designated by City, within thirty ( 30 ) days after written <br /> notice of City' s demand for removal is given, or if Grantee <br /> has failed to complete such removal within six ( 6 ) months <br /> after written notice of City ' s demand for removal is given , <br /> 59 <br /> L <br />
