Section 16. REPEAL OF EXISTING ORDINANCES. Ordinance Number <br />33, entitled "An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating the Sale of _Jon - <br />Intoxicating Malt Liquors, Repealing Inconsistent Ordinances, and <br />Providing a Penalty for the Violation Thereof", adopted the 3rd <br />of April, 1933; and Ordinance Number 35, entitled "An Ordinance <br />Relating to the Number of "ON. SALE" Licenses to be Issued in the <br />Village of Iiugo, Washington County, Minnesota, For the Sale of <br />Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquors", adopted the 6th day of May, 1940; <br />and Ordinance Number 36A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section <br />3 of Ordinance No. 33 of the Village of Hugo, adopted April 3, 1933 <br />and Amendments thereof, which Ordinance Provides for the Licensing <br />and Regulating of the Sale of Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor in the <br />Village of Iiugo", adopted and approved the 8th day of November, 1945, <br />and any other Ordinance, or portion thereof, inconsistent with the <br />provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 17. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in full force from and after its passage and publica- <br />tion. <br />II' .
