COPIES OF CRIMINAL CODE. Three copies of the <br />Criminal Code of 1963, as amended, shall be marked by the Village <br />Clerk as official copies and filed for use and examination by the <br />public in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />Section 3. PENALTIES. Any person, firm, or corporation <br />violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty <br />of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by <br />a fine of not more than three hundred ($300.00) Dollars or by <br />imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety days, or <br />both. <br />Section 4. REPEAL OF EXISTING ORDINANCE. Oneka Ordinance <br />Number 4, entitled "Code Of 1963, By Reference, Defining Certain <br />Misdemeanors And Prescribing A Penalty For Violation Thereof", passed <br />the 11th day of January, 1965, together with any other Ordinance, <br />or portion thereof, that is in conflict with any provision of this <br />Ordinance, are hereby repealed. <br />Section 5. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after its passage and publication. <br />Passed and approved this 11 day of September, 1972. <br />ATTE <br />CLERK <br />Published in the White Bear Press on the day of September, <br />1972. <br />
