ORDINANCE NUMBER 4-=P <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HUGO ORDINANCE NU24BER 102 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE <br />LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUOR IN THE VILLAGE <br />OF HUGO". <br />The Village Council of the Village of Hugo hereby ordains: <br />That Hugo Ordinance Number 102 entitled "An Ordinance Licensing <br />And Regulating The Sale Of Intoxicating Liquor In The Village Of Hugo", <br />passed and approved the 13th day of march, 1972, is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br />Section 3, Subd. A, entitled "On -Sale" is amended to read as <br />follows, <br />--"On sale" licenses shall be issued only to restaurants, <br />hotels, clubs, and exclusive liquor stores, as defined in <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 340.07, Surd. 13, and shall permit <br />"On -Sale" of liquor only. Not more than 5 "On -Sale" licenses <br />shall be granted at any one time prior to February 1, 1974, <br />at which time not more than 6 "On -Sale" licenses shall be <br />granted at any one time. -- <br />Section 8, Subd. A, entitled "Minors" is amended to read as <br />follows, <br />--Under 18 years of age; -- <br />Section 10, Subd. F, entitled "Prohibited Sales" shall be amended <br />to read as follows, <br />--No liquor shall be sold or furnished to any intoxicated <br />person, to any habitual drunkard, or to any person under 18 <br />years of age. -- <br />Except as herein amended, Hugo Ordinance Number 102 shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br />Passed and aaproved this /_?_ day of, 1973. <br />4a Zyy & RK <br />Published in the White Bear Press on the ;j day of <br />A� <br />1 <br />1973. <br />
