FP' 1 <br /> ORDINANCE 1987- 241 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASS- <br /> IFICATION OF THE DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, <br /> Minnesota, hereby ordains: <br /> The zoning Classification of the Real Property described as <br /> follows, to-wit: <br /> The east eight hundred twenty-seven (827) of the Northeast <br /> quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE t of NE4) of Sec. 11, T31, R21 <br /> except therefrom the following: <br /> The south one-half (Si) of the West 331.0 ft. of the East 827.0 ft of the <br /> Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NEz of NES) of Sec. 11, T31, <br /> R21W, containing 5.0 acres, and an easement for egress, ingress and util- <br /> ities over and across the South thirty-three (33) feet of the East 496.0 <br /> feet of the said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter (NE t of NEz) . <br /> The South half of the West 331 feet of the East 827 feet of the Northeast <br /> quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEt of NES) of Sec. 11, T31, R21W, to- <br /> gether with an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities over and across <br /> the South 33 ft. of the East 496 ft. of the Northeast quarter of the North- <br /> east quarter (NEi of NE's) according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof. l <br /> The south 810.51 ft of the West 107.47 ft of the East 934.47 ft of the <br /> Northeast i of the Northeast i of Section 11, T31, R21W. <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification in the Conservancy <br /> District to the Agriculture District. <br /> The official zoning map on file in the office of the City Clerk <br /> shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District <br /> Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the <br /> above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
