<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HUGO CITY publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the
<br /> CODE AND ALLOWING FOR THE SETTING
<br /> OF UTILITY RATES,LICENSES,PERMIT, newspaper known as The White Bear Press, and has full knowledge of
<br /> APPLICATION FEES,AND OTHER CHARGES
<br /> BY COUNCIL RESOLUTION. the facts which are stated below:
<br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo,Washington
<br /> County,Minnesota,hereby ordains as follows:
<br /> 1. The Hugo City Council may, by resolution, (A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con-
<br /> establish utility rates, permit fees, license fees,
<br /> application fees,and other charges. stituting qualification as a qualified newspaper, as provided by Min-
<br /> 2.All utility rates,license fees,permit fees,appli-
<br /> cation fees, and other charges previously estab-
<br /> lished by ordinance shall be superseded if amended , 331A.07, and other applicable laws, as amend-
<br /> by Council resolution to the extent permitted by law.
<br /> 3.The provisions of this ordinance shall be appli- ed.
<br /> cable to all the chapters, sections, subdivisions,
<br /> paragraphs,and provisions of the Hugo City Code. (B)The printed City of Hugo
<br /> 4.This ordinance shall take effect immediately
