V: <br /> ORDINANCE 201 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION <br /> OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as fol- <br /> lows, to-wit: <br /> That part of the NZ of the SE4, lying Westerly of the right-of-way <br /> of the Northern Pacific Railway Company, together with an ease- <br /> ment for ingress and egress to Highway 61 as presently constructed <br /> and used along and immediately south of the north line of said <br /> NZ of the SWa, all in Section 31 , T31N, R21W. Subject to the <br /> reservation of a perpetual easement over and across the Northerly <br /> thirty (30) feet thereof for roadway purposes for the benefit of <br /> Grantors, their successors, heirs and .assigns, for providing <br /> ingress and egress to and for the benefit of the EZ of the SW4 <br /> of the NE4 and the SE; of the NE4 lying Westerly of said Railroad <br /> right-of-way. Subject to easements, restrictions and covenants <br /> of record, if any, Zoning regulations, and regulations of cognizant <br /> governmental agencies concerning the premises. According to the <br /> United States Government Survey thereof, <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification within the RRI District <br /> to a classification in the SFE District. <br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall <br /> be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries <br /> and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the above described <br /> property, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> This Ordinance shall become effective from and after its adoption <br /> and publication. <br /> ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 16th DAY OF January , 1984. <br /> -;/7(- 0.67,A;(-4%6 <br /> J.
