. ORDINANCE 1984-205 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 40 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "BUILDINGS AND CONSTRUCTION" BY INCREASING THE FEE SCHEDULES FOR BUILDING PERMITS AND PLUMBING PERMITS. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : 1 . In Section 3, entitled "Fees", subdivision G, entitled "Fee Schedules", subparagraph (1) entitled "Building Permit Fees", delete the table of fees in its entirety, and insert the following: Valuation Permit Fee $1 ,000.00 to $2,000.00 $10.00 for the first $500.00 plus $1 .50 for each additional $100.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $2,000.00 $2,001 .00 to $25,000.00 $32.50 for the first $2,000.00 plus $6.00 for each additional $1 ,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 $25,001 .00 to $50,000.00 $170.50 for the first $25,000.00 plus $4.50 for each additional $1 ,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000.00 53 ,001 .00 to $100,000.00 $283.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus $3.00 for each additional $1 ,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $100,000.00 $100,001 .00 and up $433.00 for the first $100,000.00 plus $2.50 for each additional $1 ,000.00 or fraction thereof 2. In Section 3G, entitled "Fee Schedules" and subparagraph (2) entitled "Plumbing Inspection Fees" delete subparagraphs (a) through (e) , both inclusive, and insert in lieu thereof the following: (a) Each fixture - $4.00 (b) Inside plumbing - $10.00/minimum (c) Drainfield opening - $25.00/minimum (d) Well drilling permit - $12.00 3. The official copies of the Hugo City Cade shall be corrected to reflect the within changes upon adoption and publication of this Ordinance. 4.
