ORDINANCE 1984-206 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DIS- TRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of Parcel 1 being the Real Property described as follows, to-wit: The North 1166.2 feet of the South 1199.2 feet of the East 50.0 feet of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 19, T31N, R21W, Washington County, shall be changed from its existing classification within the RR1 District to a classification in the SFU District; and the Zoning Classification of Parcel 2 being the Real Properter described as follows, to-wit: That part of Lot 35 of County Auditor's Plat No. 7 being the North 1191 .2 feet of the South 1224.2 feet of the West 452.2 feet measured along the South line Easterly from the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1) of Section 20, T31N, R21W, Washington County, except the Westerly 229.5 feet thereof, shall be changed from its existing classification with the Industry District to a classification in the SFU District in a manner such that Parcel 1 and 2 shall be contiguous to the westerly and easterly boun- daries respectively of the land classified in the SFU District prior to this amendment of the Zoning Classification made herein. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be amended to show the changes in Zoning District boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
