ORDINANCE 1984-207 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY <br /> CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSI- <br /> FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as <br /> follows, to-wit: <br /> The NWA of SA of Section 7, T31N, R21W, subject to road and <br /> utility easements, lying in Washington County, Minnesota <br /> Shall be changed from its existing classification with the Conservancy <br /> District to a classification in the Agricultural District. <br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk <br /> shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District <br /> Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the <br /> above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> This Ordinance shall become effective from and after its <br /> adoption and publication. <br /> ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS - DAY OF )4 ' āā, , 1984. <br /> / . ichael McAllister, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> . z'e-'. <br /> Mary Creager, Clerk <br /> Published in the Forest Lake Times this lā3 and , ,,rzi day of , 1984. <br />
