ORDINANCE 1984-212 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to-wit : That part of the NE*f Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows : Commencing at the intersection of the easterly right-of-way of Minnesota State Trunk Highway No. 61 and the east and west quarter line of said Section 17; thence northerly along said easterly right-of-way line 1366 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing along said right-of-wag line 100 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 77 45 ' to the r;ght 464.92 feet; • thence on a deflection angle of 102 15' o the right 100 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 77 45' to the right 464.92 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to and together with any valid easements, restriction, and reservations. Shall be changed from its existing classification within the RB District to a classification in the Industrial District. The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifica- tion for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
