ORDINANCE 196 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED ZONING BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the real Property described as follows, to wit: All that part of the Sz of the NEq of Section 8, T31N, R21W, described as follows: Commencing at a point in the South line of said tract, where the same is intersected by the Earterly line of the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway Company, and running thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said right-of-way of said Railway Company, sixteen (16) rots to a point; thence East on a line parallel with the South line of said tract Fourteen (14) rods to a point; thence South on a line parallel with the Easterly line of said right-of-way of said Railway Company, Sixteen (16) rods to the South line of said tract; thence West along the South line of said tract, Fourteen (14) rods, to the point of beginning, subject to the rights of the public over and across the public highway, as now laid out over and across the West side of the above described land, and also over and across the public highway as now laid out and travelled on the South side of the above described lands, and shall be changed from its existing classification within the Single Family Estate (SEE) to a classification in the Concentrated Business (CB) . The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District_ Classification for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and publication. ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS 7th DAY OF November , 1983. 6;2' J.
