- ! 4 <br /> ORDINANCE 186 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" TO PROVIDE REGULATION OF EXTERIOR BUILDING <br /> MATERIALS USED ON ACCESSORY BUILDINGS IN SFE AND SFU ZONES. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> 1 . In Section 320-4, Subdivision G(2) , entitled "Permitted Accessory Uses" , <br /> delete all and insert the following: <br /> "Keeping of not more than four (4) domestic animals; home occupations <br /> meeting criteria; guest homes; private garages; open, off-street parking <br /> space for one and two-family residences; residential waterfront uses; <br /> recreation equipment; decorative landscape features such as statues , 1 <br /> rocks, benches, planting and rdlection pools; and swimming pools; farm <br /> building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 640 square feet constructed <br /> so that the exterior shall be covered using materials of a similar type <br /> as the residence, provided an approved farm/accessory building site plan <br /> meeting requirements of 320-5, Subd. I is first submitted and approved <br /> for building size of less than 640 square feet." <br /> 2. In Section 320-4, Subdivision G(3) , entitled "Special Uses," add after <br /> "in excess of 640 square feet." , the following: "constructed so that the <br /> exterior shall be constructed using materials of a similar type as the <br /> residence." <br /> 3. In Section 320-4, Subdivision H(2) , entitled "Permitted Accessory Uses" , <br /> add after "accessory storage not exceeding 260 square feet.", the fol- <br /> lowing: "provided that accessory buildings will be of a similar type <br /> as the residence." <br /> 4. In Section 320-4, Subdivision H(3) , entitled "Speical Uses" , add after <br /> "accessory storage in excess of 260 square feet.", the following: <br /> "provided that accessory buildings shall be constructed so that the <br /> exterior of the buildings will be of a similar type as the residence." <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
