1 C <br /> � t t <br /> 4 - ORDINANCE NO. 174 <br /> 6 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED <br /> "ZONING" BY AMENDING USE DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS RELATING <br /> TO ACCESSORY STORAGE BUILDINGS. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota , <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> In Chapter 320-4, entitled "USE DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS" <br /> make the following amendments : <br /> 1. In Subd. C (2) insert at the end thereof the following: <br /> "Private garage not exceeding 720 square feet; farm building <br /> (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 3600 square feet <br /> for parcels of land up to 20 acres, and unlimited for parcels <br /> of 20 acres or more, provided in all cases an approved farm/ <br /> accessory building site plan meeting requirements of 320-5 <br /> Subd. I is first submitted and approved. " <br /> 2. In Subd. C (3) after "location" delete " . " and insert in lieu <br /> thereof the following: <br /> farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of <br /> 3600 square feet for parcels less than 20 acres; " <br /> 3. In Subd. D(2) at the end thereof insert the following: <br /> " ; private garage not exceeding 720 square feet; farm <br /> building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding 3600 square <br /> feet for parcels of land up to 20 acres, and unlimited for <br /> parcels of 20 acres or mote, provided in all cases an <br /> approved farm/accessory building site plan meeting require- <br /> ments of 320-5 Subd. I is first submitted and approved. " <br /> 4 . In Subd. D(3) insert at the end thereof the following: <br /> farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of <br /> 3600 square feet for parcels less than 20 acres. " <br /> 5. In Subd. E(2) insert at the end thereof the following: <br /> " • farm building (s) and accessory storage not exceeding <br /> 1200 square feet, provided an approved farm/accessory building <br /> site plan meeting the requirements of 320-5 Subd. I is first <br /> submitted and approved for building size of less than 1200 <br /> square feet. " <br /> 6. In Subd. E(3) insert at the end thereof the following : <br /> " • farm building (s) and accessory storage in excess of 1200 <br /> square feet. " <br />
