ORDINANCE 182 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- <br /> FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> The E2 of the SW4 of the NW4 of Section 8, T31N, R21W, Washington <br /> County, Minnesota, <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification within the Conservancy <br /> District to a classification in the Agriculture District. <br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall <br /> be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries <br /> and the changes in the Zoning District Classification for the above described <br /> property, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and <br /> publication. <br /> ADOPTED AND PASSED THIS ' DAY OF � , 1981 . <br /> Marvin LaValle, Mayor <br /> City of Hugo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Carol A.
