ORDINANCE NO. 170 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY <br /> CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT <br /> CLASSIFICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, 'Washincton County, Minnesota, <br /> hereby ordains: <br /> The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> The West one-half (Wf) of the East two-thirds (E 2/3) of the South <br /> one-half (Si) of the Southeast quarter (SE2) of the Southeast quar- <br /> ter (SEa) of Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, <br /> and the West one-half (W3-) of the East two-thirds (E 2/3) of the <br /> Northeast quarter (NE4) of the Northeast quarter (NE4) , Section 20, <br /> T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, except the south 7. 17 <br /> acres more or less lying south of Oneka Lake Blvd. <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification within the Single Family <br /> Estate District (SFE) to a- classification in the Single Family Urban <br /> District (SFU) . <br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk <br /> shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District <br /> Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the <br /> above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
