y <br /> r <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 172 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SS <br /> ENTERTAINMENTLICENSED TOSELL <br /> MISES COUNTY OF Washington <br /> INTOXICATING LIQUORS <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo Duane A.Rasmussen,being duly sworn,on oath says he is and during all the times herein stated has been the publisher <br /> and printer of the newspaper known as the Forest Lake Times and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows <br /> ordains: <br /> 151-1. PURPOSE. The provisions of <br /> this Ordinance are declared necessary Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed <br /> for the public welfare and morals of the space to at least 900 squre inches.Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week.Said newspaper • <br /> citizens of the City of Hugo. has 50%of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not <br /> 151-2.
