M <br /> ORDINANCE NUMBER 158 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED <br /> "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DES— <br /> CRIBED REAL PROPERTY. <br /> The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, <br /> Minnesota, hereby ordains : <br /> The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described <br /> as follows, to wit : <br /> Part of the SE1, of the SW*, Section 17, Township 31 , Range 21 , <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the <br /> Southerly line of said Section 17 and the Easterly Right—of—Way <br /> line of State Highway 61 , as now established at 111 ' width; <br /> thence in a Northeasterly direction along said Easterly R/N line <br /> a distance of 705' to the point of beginning; thence continuing <br /> on said RIM line a distance of 120' to a point ; thence East on <br /> a line that is parallel to, and 817 .55 ' Northerly from the <br /> Southerly line of said Section, a distance of 300.26' to a point; <br /> in the Easterly line of said SE*, S;^I ; thence Southerly along <br /> • said Easterly line a distance of 117 .67' to a point ; thence <br /> Westerly a distance of 323.08' to the Point of Beginning and <br /> containing 0.84 Acres, more or less; and also <br /> Part of the SW* of the SE1, Section 17, T31N, R21W, described <br /> as follows : <br /> Commencing at the intersection of the Southerly line of said <br /> Section 17 and the Easterly Right—of—Way line of State Highway <br /> 61 , as now established at 111 ' width; thence in a Northeasterly <br /> direction along said Easterly RIM line a distance of 825 ' to <br /> a point; thence East on a line that is parallel to and 817.55 ' <br /> Northerly from the Southerly line of said Section 17, a dis— <br /> tance of 300.26' to a point in the Westerly line of Said SW';, <br /> SE' the Point of Beginning; thence continuing on same line a <br /> distance of 48.23' to a point; thence South on a deflection <br /> angle of 900 to the right a distance of 117 .67' to a point ; <br /> thence West on a line that is parallel to and 699.88' Northerly <br /> from the Southerly line of said Section 17 a distance of 48.92' <br /> to a point in the Westerly line of said SW4f SE ; thence Northerly <br /> along said Westerly line a distance of 117 .67' to the point of <br /> beginning and containing 0.13 Acres, more or less. <br /> shall be changed from its existing classification within the Concen— <br /> trated Business (CB) District to a classification in the Single Family <br /> Estate (SFE) District . <br /> The Official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk <br /> shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District <br /> Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for <br /> the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance . <br />
