f *w / ORDINANCE NUMBER 1978-151 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY COPT ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION OF DES- CRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains: The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to wit: PARCEL "A" All that part of the NE4 of Section 17, T31N, R21W, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the inter- section of the Easterly right-of-way line of Minnesota State Highway No. 61, and the East and West quarter line of said Section 17; thence Northerly along said Easterly right-of-way- line 766.0 to the Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described; thence con- tinuing along said right-of-way line, 900 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 77045' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 102015' to the right, 900 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 77°45' to the right,464.92 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 9.36 Acres, more or less. PARCEL "B" Survey of all that part of the NE4 of Section 17, T 31 N,R 21 W, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the Easterly right of way line of Minnesota State Trunk Highway No. 61 , and the East and West quarter line of said Section 17; thence Northerly along said Easterly right of way line 1727.4 feet to Point of Beginning of the parcel to be described; thence continuing aing said right of way line, 300 feet; thence on a defection angle pf 77 45' to the right, 464.92 feet; thence on a defection angle of 102°15' to the right, 300 feet; thence on a defection angle of 77°45' to the right, 464.92 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 3.12 Acres, more or less.
