" � ORDINANCE NUMBER 148 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI- FICATION OF DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY. The City Council of the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, hereby ordains : The Zoning Classification of the Real Property described as follows, to-wit : That part of the South 20 acres of the North 2 of NW* of Sec. 29, T31N, R21W, in the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota, Lying East of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 61, as now widened to 111 ft. , des- cribed as follows : Commencing at the intersection of the North line of South 20 acres of the North of NW.: of Sec. 2.9, with the East line of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 61; Thence East along said North line of South 20 acres for 400 ft. to the point ofbeginning of this description; Thence continuing East along said North line of 20 acres for 1370 ft . to the East line of NW* of Section 29; Thence South along said East line of NWS for 488.2 ft ; Thence West and parallel with said North line of 20 acres for 1215 ft; Thence North at right angle for 270.2 ft ; Thence West at right angle for 150 ft; Thence North at right angle for 218 ft . to the point of beginning. shall be changed from its existing classification within the Retail Business District to a classification in the Single Family Estate District. The official Zoning Map on file in the Office of the City Clerk shall be corrected and amended to show the changes in Zoning District Boundaries and the changes in the Zoning District Classifications for the above described property, as set forth in this Ordinance.
