Ordinance No. 127 Page 2 PARCEL "C" All that part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 24, Township 31, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota that is encompassed by the following described line; Commencing at the Southwest corner of the said Section 24, thence South 89059158" East, along the South lin of the said Section, for 2119.36 feet, thence North 0 0'02" East for 889.00 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described, thence South 89059158" East, parallel to the South line of the said Section, for 495.69 feet to the East line of the said Southwest 1/4, thence North 0022101" East, along the said East line, for 1748.65 feet to the North line of the said Southwest 1/4, thence South 89053139" West, along the said North line, for 644.96 feet, thence South 0022101" West, parallel to the East line of said Southwest 1/4, for 1613.37 feet, thence South 47054' 06" East for 200.01 feet to the point of beginning. Together with a 60.0 foot driveway easement, the center- line of which is described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 24 that is 2089.36 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner of said Section; thence North 000102". East for 916.10 feet and there terminating. Containing 25.6 Acres more or less. shall be changed from its' existing classification within the Conservancy district to classification in the Agricultural dis- trict. The Official Zoning Map on file in the office of the City Clerk shall be corrected to show the changes in zoning district boun- daries and the changes in the zoning district classification for the above described property, as set forth in this ordinance.
