Y <br />1 i <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974-120 <br />An Ordinance adopting the Hugo Code and Providing for Repeal of <br />Inconsistant Ordinance of the Former Township of Oneka and <br />Former Village of Hugo. <br />The City Council of the City of Hugo hereby Ordains Adoption <br />Hugo Code. <br />Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes <br />412.191 Subd. 5, the Hugo Code hereby adopted, and <br />an official copy is on file and available for public <br />inspection in the office of the City Clerk. Copies <br />of the Hugo Code are available for sale and distrib- <br />ution to the public in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />Section 2. Repeal of Ordinances of the Former Township of Oneka <br />and Former Village of Hugo. All Ordinances of the <br />former Township of Oneka and the Former Village of <br />Hugo that are inconsistant with the provisions of the <br />Hugo Code are hereby repealed. <br />Section 3. Effective Date this Ordinance shall be effective from <br />and after its adoption and publication. <br />Adopted and passed this 30th. day of December, 1974. <br />Attest <br />Published in the Forest Lakes Times on the 9th. and 16th. of January,1975 <br />A <br />
