Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Adam Greeder <br /> In 2007, Adam Greeder was hired by the City of Hugo as one of its summer seasonal <br /> maintenance workers in the Hugo Public Works Department. On October 6,2008,Adam <br /> became part of the department as a full-time employee as an apprentice for the Public Works <br /> Maintenance Worker. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance <br /> review for Public Works Worker Adam Greeder. <br /> Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for Jeanne Bartholomew Benefit on December <br /> 5.2015 at the Hugo American Legion <br /> The American Legion Auxiliary applied for a Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit to allow raffle <br /> sales at the benefit for the Jeanne Bartholomew on December 5,2015 to be held at the American <br /> Legion. Jeanne is a life-long member of the Auxiliary who has recently been diagnosed with <br /> pancreatic cancer. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Lawful Gambling Exempt <br /> Permit for the Bartholomew benefit. <br /> Approve Pay Request No.2 to Dresel Contracting for cSAH 7/8 Intersection Prosect <br /> The City received Pay Request No. 2 from Dresel Contracting for the CSAH7/8 intersection <br /> improvement project. Staff has inspected the project and finds it satisfactory for work completed <br /> to date. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 2 to Dresel Contracting, <br /> Inc. in the amount of$211,701.84. <br /> Approve Resolution Calling for Public Hearing on the Issuance of Educational Facilities. <br /> Revenue Bonds—Minnesota Autism Center Project <br /> The City of Hugo had been asked to consider issuing Educational Facilities Revenue Bonds, in <br /> an amount of no more than$8.8 million,on behalf of the Autism Opportunities Foundation(the <br /> "Borrower"),a Minnesota nonprofit corporation doing business as the Minnesota Autism Center. <br /> The bond proceeds will be used to(i)refund the Borrower's existing taxable debt related to the <br /> acquisition of land and the purchase of an existing structure in 2014 acquired for the purpose of <br /> establishing a private school to service students grades 4-12 diagnosed with autism spectrum <br /> disorder("ASD")and(ii)finance the acquisition,construction,and equipping of an <br /> approximately 48,000 square foot two-story school building,to be joined with an existing <br /> facility, which will serve primarily high school students with ASD. The project will be located <br /> at 2020 Silver Bell Road in Eagan,Minnesota. The Borrower has agreed to pay the City of Hugo <br />
