<br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Don Lease at 7:06 P.M.
<br /> PRESENT: Lease, Schletty, Leroux, and LaValle
<br /> ABSENT: Smith
<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> Lease made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes
<br /> of December 6, 1976, after the following change has been made;
<br /> Page 3 - 5.3 LITTLE LAMB'S PRESCHOOL. Last line should read,
<br /> "LaValle agrees that instructora should not be included."
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Schletty, Leroux, and LaValle.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> Leroux made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the general
<br /> claims with the following additions:
<br /> LaValle Excavating - $585.00
<br /> Marvin LaValle - $116.25
<br /> Howard Kuusisto - $918.00 ( to be paid from the sanitary sewer
<br /> construction)
<br /> Leroux made motion, seconded by Schletty, to amend motion to
<br /> include $2,900.00 (revenue sharing ) and $19,324.23 (sewer sinking
<br /> fund) to be invested in passbook savings.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Schletty, Leroux, and LaValle
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to pay the utility claims
<br /> as presented.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS. & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Rezoning Requests
<br /> LaValle made motion, seconded by Leroux, to table the three
<br /> rezoning requests of Victor Myers, Grace Development, 'and Vern
<br /> Peloquin until the first meeting in January (January 3, 1977) .
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Schletty, Leroux, and LaValle
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Vern Peloquin's letter of credit will expire on December 31 , 1976.
<br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Schletty, to write a letter
<br /> to Vern Peloquin notifying him that his letter of credit for
<br /> the road in the amount of $7500.00 should be extended to
<br /> September 1 , 1977.

<br /> 5.2 Licenses
<br /> Motion made by Lease, seconded by LaValle, that the following
<br /> licenses be issued to Stan Lynn's STAN'S BAR: On Sale Intoxi-
<br /> cating, On Sale Sunday, Cigarettes, and Soft Drink in the
<br /> amount of $1717.00.
<br /> VOTING FOR: Lease, Schletty, Leroux, and LaVAlle
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> Motion made by LaValle, seconded by Lease, that the Building
<br /> Inspector inform Stan Lynn of the process of getting a building
<br /> permit.

<br /> Leroux made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the following
<br /> Licenses be issued to the AMERICAN LEGION: On Sale Intoxicating
<br /> Liquor, Cigarettes, and Soft Drink in the amount of $117.00.
