Chair Gwynn commented that by knowing what the applicant will be using the addition for, the
proposed plan for the building does seem reasonable. He believed that with the building sitting at an
angle, it helped break up the building further and the angle of the building would make a window on the
addition unnoticeable.
Commissioner Kleissler stated that the applicant has done a really good job on making the building look
like it was all built at the same time and agreed with Chair Gwynn that the angle of the building helps
break up the large area.
Chair Gwynn made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Arcand to approve the site plan for Hugo
Equipment Company and pass it onto the City Council.
Resignation of Rick Gwynn
Chair Gwynn stated that his time spent on the Planning Commission has been a wonderful experience
and he is sad to leave. He thanked
the Planning Commission for his time spent with them and stated that he will still be involved with the
City of Hugo.
Juba thanked Chair Gwynn for his 6 years of service on the Planning Commission.
