a <br /> AUGUST 15,1977 6 a7 <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 FRED FULBRIGHT — REZONING <br /> Due to the lack of the four/fifths vote needed for rezoning requests, the <br /> Fuibright rezoning requests was tabled to the next meeting of September 6, <br /> 1977. <br /> 5.5 LENA GRANGER — MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> Change all records to reflect Lena Granger instead of Ronald Granger. <br /> MOTION: LaValle, made motion, Irsfeld seconded to grant the subdivision to <br /> Lena Granger on 14609 Fitzgerald, Hugo, Minnesota. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Schletty, and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> 5.6 GRACE DEVELOPMENT — MINOR SUBDIVISION — VALLEY VIEW TERRACE 2ND. ADD. <br /> Goodview and 8 A, known as Valley View Terrace 2nd. Addition the subdivision <br /> of three lots by Grace Development Company. <br /> The copy of the easement agreement to be attached to the file outlining <br /> conditions and responsibilities. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded to grant a minor subdivision <br /> for the subdivision of three (3) lots on Goodview and 8 A, Valley <br /> View Terrace 2nd. Addition with the following recommendations by the <br /> Planning Commission: <br /> 1. Install two monitoring wells for Lot 1. <br /> 2. Build sewer on Lot2 for Lot 1 on a temporary easement. <br /> 3. Temporary easement to be released only when a standard system <br /> can be installed on Lot 1, after the fill has set for one year, <br /> or if municipal sanitary sewer is available and hooked up. <br /> 4. Monitor wells for at least one year. The City Engineer should <br /> specify the time for the monitoring, location of the well, and <br /> the amount of fill. <br /> 5. The Building Inspector will nomitor the wells. <br /> 6. Fill should also be placed on Lots 2 and 3 at this time. <br /> 7. The developer shall reimburse the City of Hugo for all reasonable <br /> costs for monitoring and engineering from August 15, 1977. <br /> 8. The developer shall pay the parkland assessment fee of $50.00 <br /> per lot. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Irsfeld, and Schletty. <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
