Also, a public service enterprise may be <br /> excluded from this schedule if there is a charter, ordinance or bond indenture provision <br /> which prohibited the governmental subdivision from transferring revenue from the public <br /> service enterprise to the ,zvernmental :ubdivisior.. <br /> Revenues for a liquor store or public service enterprise mean:: ti•ie 'et iu:come or loss <br /> determined by subtr;:ct::;g total expenses (including non-operating expenses but excluding <br /> capital expenditures) from total revenues (including non-operating revenu-::) before any <br /> contribution to or from the governmental subdivision, and shall not include any expenses <br /> claimed as a special levy under any other schedule or the principal amount ^f any bond payment. <br /> The term "fines" for the purpose of this special levy pertains only to the fines and <br /> • forfeits of a municipal court in 1971 and a city's share of county court tines in 1976 and <br /> does not include departmental fees. "Fines and forfeits" for a municipal court mean the <br /> net amount remaining after subtracting total municipal court expenses from the total <br /> collections of fines and forfeits by the municipal court. The term "fines and forfeits" <br /> for the purpose of this special levy does not apply to a county government's share of the <br /> collection of fines and forfeits of a probate court or a county court. <br /> Lines 2, 4 and 5 of this schedule have already been completed, based on the data used or <br /> computed in determining your governmental subdivision's 1976/1977 levy limitation. The <br /> appropriate calendar year 1971 amounts approved by the Department of Revenue have also <br /> been entered for those governmental subdivisions which claimed special levies for decrease <br /> non-tax revenues in 1976/1977.
