This would include the cost of <br /> sanitation, reforestation, the salaries and expenses of foresters involved in shade tree <br /> sease control, the administrative costs of the shade tree disease control program and <br /> • .,..e cost of equipment to be used primari:y for the shade tree disease control program. <br /> Only the cost to a governmental subdivision of implementing a shade tree c.sease control <br /> program after subtracting Jut all state and/or federal grants may qui._iify as a special levy. <br /> Also, do not include the c(J.-t of equipment purchased by the issuance of coeds or certificates <br /> of indebtedness.
