The contractor shall provide and maintain both a 310,000.00 bond <br /> and a 125,000.00 irrevocable letter of credit for the maintenance <br /> and/or reconstruction of the haul roads, and to insure compli- <br /> ance of all conditions of the permit. <br /> 8. Recommendations of the Engineer of the City of Hugo, as they <br /> may be made from time to time, shall be made a part of this . permit. <br /> 9. Inspection to insure compliance with this permit will be done by <br /> the Engineer of the City of Hugo, and he may request that the <br /> assistance of such other persons or organizations as he may <br /> deem necessary. <br /> 10. Any violations of the terms or conditions of this permit shall <br /> be grounds for immediate termination in accordance with the City <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 11. Haul roads shall be periodically inspected by the City Engineer <br /> • and maintained by the contractor in accordance with his recommen- <br /> dations. <br /> 12. A speed limit of a maximum of 45 miles per hour be maintained <br /> by the contractor gravel trucks when operating on the haul roads . <br /> on City Streets. On those days when school is in session, a <br /> speed limit of a maximum of 30 miles per hour be maintained by <br /> the gravel trucks when operating on haul roads on city streets <br /> between the hours of 7:00 and 7:30 A.M. <br /> 13. Any additional limitations or specifications for the haul routes <br /> which shall be deemed necessary for the health and safety reasons <br /> by the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br /> 14. The hours on mining operations shall be 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br /> Monday through Saturday. <br /> 15. There shall be not trucking or hauling in of material except as <br /> noted herein without an amendment of this Mining Permit. <br /> 16. The sight distance along the haul routes shall be improved at the <br /> expense of the permit holder according to the requirements of the <br /> Engineer for the City of Hugo. <br /> 17. A temporary portable asphalt plant may be placed on the property. <br /> The plant shall comply with PCA requirements and have a valid PCA <br /> number prior to operation. <br /> 18. Updated contour map be filed with City Engineer no later than 10/3/77= <br /> 19. Project #77-0-418 be removed from the Mining Permit. <br />
