<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes
<br /> of March 6, 1978, as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve
<br /> the minutes of March 10, 1978, as presented.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the
<br /> minutes of March 13, 1978, as presented.

<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the
<br /> General Claims of March 20 1978, with the addition of
<br /> 17.1 for $50.00 (Police Chief's Training Service In-
<br /> stitute) .
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the
<br /> Utility Claims of March 20, 1978, as presented.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS. REQUESTS. COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Mrs. Louise Stone - Petition for Mobile Home Permit
<br /> Mrs. Stone has requested for a mobile home at 12541 Ingersoll Avenue,
<br /> to house her aging father, Louis Mastroddi. Mrs. Stone was not present
<br /> at the meeting.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table the
<br /> petition for a Mobile Home Permit.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, and Vail.
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 Jim Husnik - Site Plan
<br /> Mr. Husnik presented his site plan to the City Council for their review.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the
<br /> site plan for Mr. James Husnik, with the provision that
<br /> the parking lot be brought up to the City Enginee1's
