MARCH 21 , 1978 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HUGO CITYCOUNCILE � <br /> d <br /> The meeting was called to order at 5:40 P.M. by Mayor LaValle. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld <br /> Attorney Johnson and Larry Evans, Union Local 320 <br /> ABSENT: Schletty <br /> Larry Evans presented recommendations as a counter proposal to the City <br /> of Hugo Labor Agreement between the City and Law Enforcement Employee'e <br /> Union, Local #320. <br /> Language in some of the articles was resolved however another meeting was <br /> scheduled for March 29, 1978 Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, LaValle seconded to schedule <br /> another meeting for March 29, 1978 at 7:00 P.M. at <br /> Hugo City Hall. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Spitzer seconded to schedule <br /> another meeting with the Union Representative for <br /> Monday April 10, at 5:30 P.M, at Hugo City Hall. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Chief Barth will meet with Councilman Vail regarding shift scheduling. <br /> Barth will also research the Federal Law Enforcement grants and report <br /> back to council. <br /> MOTION: LaValle, made motion, Spitzer seconded to adjourn meeting at <br /> 9:10 P.M. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 0-00 tom-0 , f <br /> Carol A.
