<br />November 8, 1978, Board of Canvas, as presented.

<br />The Clerk will check with the Beulke Agency in regard to the lease agreement with Ed
<br />Waugh for rental of his building.

<br />Statutes, 1978, in the amount of #175.00•

<br />The City has received a formal complaint from Duane & Bonnie Houk regarding a barking
<br />dog owned by Mr. Dan Hicks, The City Clerk has been directed to write a letter to
<br />Mr. Hicks asking for his cooperation with the City and keep his ,dog quiet.

<br />LOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to grant the following licenses
<br />to Howard Meline, MELODY LOUNGE, 13891 Forest Blvd, Hugo, Minnesota:
<br />Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On Sale Sunday
<br />Liquor, Cigarette, and Soft Drink Licenses, in the amount of $19,817.00.

<br />MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, that the City Clerk write a
<br />letter of credit to.Mr. Richard Schmidt, advising him that the letter of
<br />credit for screening and parking lot will be reviewed on January 29 1979,
<br />and he is requested to produce an extended letter of credit for six
<br />months duration, or show reason why the letter of credit should not be
<br />called.
