116 SEPTEMBER 4, 1979 <br /> 5.2 William Clark - Proof of Ownership for Special Use Permit <br /> Attorney Johnson has talked with Mr. Clark regarding Condition #8 of his Special Use <br /> Permit, asking that proof of ownership be submitted. Evidently, Mr. Clark has had <br /> difficulty in obtaining this information. Mr. Clark has until September 15, 1979, in <br /> which to meet all the conditions of the permit. The bond and letter of credit have <br /> been submitted. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the deadline for signing <br /> of the Special Use Permit for William Clark be extended to October 16, <br /> 1979. <br /> Irsfeld withdrew his motion. <br /> Mr. Clark entered the meeting at this point of time. He presented a certification <br /> of continuation from Title Insurance Company of Minnesota. Attorney Johnson reviewed <br /> the document, and stated that it did not have an entry that shows ownership - just <br /> a list of entries. Mr. Clark also presented a Grant of Easement, for the purpose of <br /> drainage and ponding of surface waters. Kuusisto reviewed, and stated it was <br /> acceptable to the city. Johnson suggested that a copy of the survey from Milner Carley <br /> be attached to the easement. Clark will submit a copy of the title opinion from his <br /> bank when completed. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the deadline for signing <br /> of the Special Use Permit for William Clark be extended to September 18, <br /> 1979. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 Robert Anderson- Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Anderson, 12200 Goodview Avenue, would like to construct a 30 x 48 pole barn to <br /> be used for personal storage. The land lies in the Conservancy District. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for Robert Anderson, 12200 Goodview, to construct a 30 x 48 pole barn for <br /> personal storage, in accordance with the Site Plan provided. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Raymond Olson - Removal of Mobile Home <br /> Mr. Olson is attempting to sell his mobile home. At present, the deadline for removal <br /> of the home is September 16, 1979. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant Mr. Olson an ex- <br /> tension of the time limit to sell the mobile home until September 18, <br /> 1979. <br /> VOTING FOR: Spitzer, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br />
