<br /> of the City Council for December 27, 1979, at 7:00 PM, for the
<br /> sole purpose of considering a liquor license.

<br /> VOTING AGAINST: LaValle and Schletty
<br /> MOTION FAILED
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to reconsider the motion
<br /> to table Floppy's Liquor License until the next regular meeting.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail
<br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table the liquor
<br /> licenses for Hoppy's Inc. , until the next regular meeting ( 1/7/80) .

<br /> SUNDAY LIQUOR, CIGARETTE, SOFT DRINK AND BILLIARD LICENSES, to
<br /> Richard Schmidt, SCHMIDTY'S 61 CLUB, 17285 Forest Boulevard, in
<br /> the amount of $1 ,737.00.
