OF THE HUGO CITY <br /> COUNCIL MEETING OF January 7, 1980 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 P.M. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> ABSENT: Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the minutes <br /> of December 17, 1979, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty and Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the General <br /> Claims for January 7,1980, with the addition of the claim for <br /> $3,795.94 (Clerk's Office) payable to Copy Duplicating Products, Inc. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims for January 7, 1980, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 American Legion .Auxiliary 620 - Bingo License <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Bingo <br /> License for the American Legion Auxiliary Post 620 subject to the • <br /> signatures of the Building Inspector and the Fire Chief, with a <br /> waiver of the bond. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Jerome Jessen - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a renewal of the <br /> Mobile Home Permit for Jerome Jessen, 7475 132nd Street North, under <br /> Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision B, for a period of 90 days. <br />
